Non fiction is where I have spent most of my time over the last 18 years as a writer. From personal essays to articles for news, websites, zines, and many other areas, I am comfortable in the realm of non fiction.

However, like I do with all of my writing, I try to challenge myself when it comes to non fiction and that is why I have stepped into exploring hybrid pieces with poems and essays as well as focusing on more personal themes through the non fiction essays I write.

While I still write articles on a range of topics, more of my work has become introspective. More about what I can learn about myself and less about what I can learn about the world around me, although the latter will always have a place in my work.
